the bed and pillow is so comfy. i had a good sleep. they provide hair dryer in the bathroom and there is a fridge too in the room.

Loved the property and mostly everything about it. Clean, peaceful and centrally located with very helpful staff. As a solo female traveler felt quite safe and comfortable staying here.

Close to Chan Sow Lin MRT for transport. Also, there are a variety of affordable restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The welcoming and hardworking staff at Ibis KL, Fraser Business Park. The room was more spacious than expected. It was great to come back to a nice, clean hotel room every day.

It is a nice clean and comfortable place, simple but relatively cheap.

The service is good, clean and the bathroom are clean. Even the drinking glass and electric kettle are clean. Iron board need to be requested at reception. All are good. Just the lights. Prefer a bright white light instead of dim light.No negative comments. Keep it up forever.
